Well, it begins again. John1 and I have decided to kick over our photo challenge again. This time it will be an Image-A-Month Challenge as life is a little more hectic. Also, it will not be just John and I this time. To make it even more fun we have added some other friends to the mix, and we have also decided to run it from a Facebook Group (Journeys into the Incidental Photography Of Whimsical Mind), which gives us the chance to comment and discuss things all in one place. I will be sure to upload my images to here as well though, so stay tuned… This site will be unavailable for one to two days this week due to the server being relocated. Sorry for the inconvenience. There is a new photography competition in the area for High School students, and I quote… “HARVEY Norman, Olympus and The Armidale Express have joined forces to sponsor a community initiative to encourage Armidale’s youth in their artistic development. The Express is looking for high school students to participate in our ‘Colours of New England‘ photography competition. We believe this will be a rewarding, educational and artistically empowering experience for students.” For further information about this competition visit the Armidale Express and read more here. Introduced Sonja1. Sonja worked with me in August and September last year as I was getting things ready for the 2008 Exhibition. It was Sonja who first approached me regarding modelling, and I am very glad she did. Not only is great to work with, but she is also a weath of knowlege and creative ideas. The other bonus is that for me she is a local. Some of the shots that we created together you have already seen in Exhibition 20082, but here are some of the other shots that did not make the Exhibition.
