I am currently still experimenting with my new dioptre filters for my 50mm lens. So for this weeks image I actually have two shots. Both are simply examples of me exploring more of my yard at close distance.

Well, it has been a little while again since I last posted to this site. Life, as is often the case, has been busy. It seems it always is though….

Anyway in an attempt to get myself motivated and moving again, and with the prodding of my friend John¹. I have decided to give myself a bit of a challenge. I know there are many picture a day sites out there, where people attempt to take and publish a photo everyday. Well, while I like the idea, I just do not have that much time. So I have instead decided to attempt the not so demanding challenge of an image a week². I figure that is something within my time restraints, and it will mean that I will update this site at least once a week if not more. Also, I am hoping that I can do this in conjunction with John. Meaning that there will be two of us on two site trying for a new image a week. We shall see if he accepts though.

So, without further rambling or fanfare, here is my first weeks image;
